Thiruvananthapuram: CPM is seeking a broader protest by aligning the upheavals against CAA and NPR with other issues that affect people generally including BJP government’s economic policies, and attempt to impose majority communalism, among others.
In the last politburo meeting, decisions have been made to bring in outfits sharing same attitudes.
The 3-day central committee meeting to be held on Friday would have discussions in this regard.
It is learnt that the central committee could make fierce reaction in the wake of the government’s face off with the governor.
