Kochi: Actor Dileep has approached High Court again alleging that he has been illegally charged with the offence in the actress assault case.
The trial court earlier rejected the discharge petition he had filed.
In his petition, the actor said that charges against him and the other accused were different and thus indictment couldn’t be done together.
His discharge petition was rejected following the prosecution argument that there was preliminary evidence against the actor.
As per it, Dileep planned the abduction and recording of the offensive videos of the actress.
