CBSE Class 12 results: 2 UP students score 100% markstext_fields
New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh-based CBSE student, Tanya Singh, scored 100 per cent marks in the Class 12 exam, Noida's Yuvakshi Vig this year. Both scored 100 marks each for five subjects, securing 500 marks in total, NDTV reported.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had not announced a merit list this year, which it had discontinued since 2020 after the pandemic broke out and schools were shut down.
Tanya Singh is a student of the Delhi Public School in Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr. She aspires to join the Indian Administrative Services. She said she wanted to crack the UPSC exam and become an IAS officer.

In the CBSE results in 2022 for Class 12, the pass percentage of girls is 94.54 and boys 91.25. The pass percentage of transgender candidates was 100 per cent, NDTV reports. CBSE released stats that a total of 33,432 students scored more than 95 per cent, and 1,34,797 scored 90 per cent marks.
