Bahrain Prime Minister Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa passes away

Manama: Bahrain Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa passed away on the morning of November 11. He died at Mayo Clinic Hospital in the US at the age of 84.

King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa declared a week's mourning in honour of the late Prime Minister. A three-day holiday in all government departments has also been announced from Thursday.

The burial will take place after his body has been brought to Bahrain. The funeral will be limited to a few relatives.
