Doha: The 11th Cityscape Qatar Property Show will be held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, with the esteemed patronage of the Prime Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.

Gulf Madhyamam will make its presence felt through the Indian pavilion, marking India's first time participating in this event.

Taking place from October 24th to 26th, the event will bring together prominent real estate firms from Qatar, various Gulf countries and European nations.

Gulf Madhyamam has signed a partnership deal with Informa, the organizers of Cityscape Qatar, at a ceremony held in Dubai.

Gulf Madhyamam Middle East Director, Mohammed Salim Ambalan and Cityscape Exhibition Director Alexander Edwards signed the agreement. Mohammed Rafeeq, Global Head of Business Operations at Gulf Madhyamam and Cityscape Marketing Manager Dominic Clerici also attended the event.

The Expo is the most notable among the GCC countries where real estate giants from various Gulf countries and European countries including Britain take part.

More than 50 big companies will be showcasing their real estate ventures at the expo, which attracts more than 10,000 visitors in each edition.

Gulf Madhyamam will be presenting the Indian pavilion at the event in collaboration with the Kerala chapter of the Real Estate Developer's Association of India (CREDAI).

This event offers an excellent opportunity for expatriate Keralites in Qatar to purchase flats and villas in Kerala and for those who are interested in investing in the real estate sector.

The Indian pavilion will host around 35 real estate companies from diverse sectors including flats, villas and commercial complexes.

The event, occurring from October 24th to 26th at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, will provide an exceptional platform for expatriates to explore their dream projects and investment possibilities.
