Doha: As Qatar prepares for the world's greatest sporting event, FIFA World Cup 2022, Gulf Madhyamam is proud to present a football festival for Qatari school students. Preparations for the soccer cup 2022, which will feature international schools in Qatar, are well underway.

On November 4 and 5, 32 school teams from Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas will compete in the Gulf Madhyamam' Qatar Soccer Cup 2022.' Teams from schools following the American, British, Qatari, Indian, and Philippine curricula will battle for the title.

As the world eagerly awaits to witness the crowing of the next world champions at the FIFA World Cup, which begins on November 20, Gulf Madhyamam is gearing up for the Soccer Cup in search of the champion school team. The tournament will be held at Hamilton International Schools on a knockout basis. In preparation for this one-of-a-kind international school competition in Qatar, each participating school will send its top athletes.

The school teams would have students up to grade 12. The winning team would take home a magnificent trophy, and individual players would also be awarded trophies for their exquisite talents displayed during the competition. A cultural parade, scout and penalty shootout for girls will also be staged as part of the competition.
