Saudi Arabia condemns burning of Quran by Danish extremist group

Riyadh: The Saudi cabinet chaired by King Salman expressed its condemnation of the recent burning of copies of the Qur'an by a Danish extremist group outside the Turkish embassy in Copenhagen.

The Cabinet has called for tolerance, respect, and a rejection of spreading hatred and extremism.

On Tuesday, King Salman chaired the weekly government session at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.
