New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislator Kapil Mishra will be Delhi's new law minister, party sources told IANS.
Mishra is currently the vice chairman of the Delhi Jal Board and a legislator from Karawal Nagar constituency. He will replace Jitender Singh Tomar who quit after being arrested on Tuesday in a fake degree case.
Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia is scheduled to meet Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung and propose Mishra's name for the post.
