Infiltration bid foiled near LoC in Kashmir; 2 militants killed

Baramulla: The Indian army on Saturday foiled infiltration bid near the Line of Control in Kashmir, killing two militants.

The Army operation is underway and they are likely to engage in an encounter in the area soon, NDTV reported.

Four militants were killed during a sixteen-hour gun battle in the Kashmir region on May 31, foiling an attack on a military base after the men crossed the heavily militarised border from Pakistan.
