Lalu should join Ram Temple agitation to become PM: Togadia

Patna: VHP leader Pravin Togadia on Wednesday advised RJD chief Lalu Prasad to join the agitation for construction of a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya if he wants to become the Prime Minister.

"Lalu should join the agitation for construction of a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya. The Hindu society will accept him as their leader," Togadia said in Katihar district.

Lalu is a well-known hard critic of Togadia, his organisation VHP and the RSS.

Togadia also said whoever will speak for Hindus, will become the leader of Hindus.

"If Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar advocates for Hindus' cause, he will be our leader," Togadia said.
