5000-page charge sheet has little on the plot to kill PM Modi

Pune: One report appeared on Thursday says that the Pune police’s charge sheet in assassination plot against PM Modi has very little on the said plot to assassinate the PM.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the most sensational charges against the five Left-leaning activists arrested in August are a plot to assassinate PM Modi, and then the role they played in inciting violence at Bhima Koregaon in January leaving one person dead and several injured.
The charge sheet reportedly cites by and large the same evidence Pune police had described at a press conference following the arrest: an email by a certain ‘R’ to Comdrade Prakash on April 18 mentioning a “ Rajiv Gandhi-type” operation. Also, speeches that led to violence at Bhima koregaon.
Less than 10 pages of 5000 pages were devoted to the plot charging against activist Rona Wilson, lawyer Surendra Gadling, Dalit activist Sudhir Dhawale, tribal rights activist Mahesh Raut and Professor Soma Sen.
