Srinagar: 19-month-old Hibba on Monday became the youngest in Kashmir to come under pellet attack, injuring her right eye-lid.
She is now under treatment at Srinagar’s Shri Maharaja Hari Singh Hospital’s Ophthalmology Ward.
Hibba first got chocked by tear-gas canister explosion inside their house during clashes between protesters and security forces at Kapran in Batgund area.
Meanwhile, a pellet a shotgun was fired and the Hibba’s mother Masrat Jan couldn’t cover the baby’s face, causing the injury.
