Medellin: Two-time champions Atletico Nacional progressed to the final Copa Libertadores qualifying stage after a 0-0 home draw with Deportivo La Guaira.

The Colombian outfit, tournament winners in 1989 and 2016, on Thursday advanced by virtue of having won last week's first leg 1-0 in Venezuela, reports Xinhua news agency.

Nacional will meet Paraguay's Libertad in the final playoff round, with the first leg to be held in Asuncion on February 20.

The group stage of the Copa Libertadores - South America's top club competition - will begin on March 5.
