Calling Governor Anandiben Patel as a BJP agent, Congress demands her resignation

Bhopal: Accusing Madhya Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel of working as the BJP agent, Congress party on Sunday demanded her resignation.
The Congress made the demand after Anandiben Patel allegedly asked a group of villagers to take care of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
She made the alleged remark during a visit to a solar power plant in Gudh in Rewa district.
Anandiben courted controversy last year also when a video appeared on social media showing her giving a ‘vote mantra’ to a BJP woman leader. Anandiben advised her to take care of malnourished children herself rather than depending on government officers
In the video shot during Patel's visit to Satna district of the state, she had also advised party leaders to adopt malnourished kids in the area if they wanted to get votes in the Madhya Pradesh assembly election.
