Mumbai: Mamata Banerjee received unlikely support from Shiv Sena after the Bengal Chief minister started her sit-in protest.
What was happening in Kokata was threat to democracy, said Shiv Sena in its editorial in the party mouthpiece “ Saamana”
Sena said that BJP orchestrated this to win 10 to 15 seats in Bengal. But BJP will fall short of 100 seats in north and west India, it said.
The Sena also said the CBI should have carried proper summons before visiting the Kolkata Police chief’s house to question him.
