New Delhi: Relatives of the martyred CRPF inspector Pintu Kumar Singh were all the more upset on Sunday.

Because, not a single leader including Nitish Kumarof the ruling alliance turned up to pay last respect to the departed soldier.

Nitish Kumar had to join Prime Minister Modi to address a huge election rally at Patna’s Gandhi Maidan.

No leader from BJP-JDU alliance showed up at Patna airport to receive the body of CRPF personnel Pintu Kumar Singh.

Pintu Kumar Singh killed in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Friday in an encounter with terrorists.

Sanjay Singh, uncle of the CRPF inspector hailing from Dhanchakki village in Begusarai, didn’t mince words when he told NDTV, "It's very unfortunate that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar did not bother to come to pay his last respect,"

State Congress chief Madan Mohan Jha and Lok Janshakti Party MP Choudhary Mahboob Ali Kaiser were among those turned up to pay last respects.
