Jaipur: A hotel in Jaipur allegedly stopped a couple of different faiths from checking in.

The couple, a Muslim man and a Hindu woman, alleged that they were denied access on the grounds of hailing from different faiths.

The incident took place on Saturday morning when a 31-year-old assistant professor based in Udaipur was about to check in to a hotel in here.

The man booked the room for two and when he was later joined by his friend who arrived from Delhi, hotel authorities allegedly denied access, saying that they were from different religions.
