New Delhi: India announced the 18-member team for the Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup Bhubaneswar 2018, slated to begin on November 28 at the well-known Kalinga Stadium.

The Indian team will start against South Africa on the opening day, with midfielder Manpreet Singh in the lead seconded by Chinglensana Singh Kangujam. PR Sreejesh and Krishan Bahadur Pathak will be goalkeepers.

Birendra Lakra, ace defender, has made a comeback into the team after missing out on the Hero Asian Champions Trophy in Muscat last month.
