Sandeep Kumar & Annu Rani

Birmingham: In the Commonwealth Games 2022, Sandeep Kumar wins bronze on the 10,000m racewalk while Annu Rani also wins the medal for women's javelin throw on Sunday.

Haryana-based Sandeep Kumar finished with a personal best time of 38:49.21 minutes to finish third, while Canada's Evan Dunfee with 38:36.37 minutes to finish first, and Australia's Declan Tingay with 38:42.33 minutes to finish second, PTI reported.

Annu Rani, from Uttar Pradesh's Meerut, threw 60m to finish 3rd in the event.

In the race walk event, India's Amit Khatri finished ninth.
