New Delhi: Elon Musk has not yet done firing Twitter staff left and right.

Those of who remaining at Twitter might be in line to get pink slip any time.

After laying off workers deemed neither necessary nor respectful enough, Musk is targeting more staff.

This time those in the sales and partnership side of the business will face the axe, according to a report by Bloomberg.

In the first week of taking over Twitter, Musk reportedly fired nearly half of the 8,500 employees and later showed door to numerous contractual workers too.

Alongside, Musk pushed for strict work culture putting Twitter employees at their receiving end.

In response to tightening up of work culture, engineers declared resigning last Thursday, according to NDTV.

Twitter's work force has reportedly dwindled from several thousands to somewhere around 2,000 to 3,000.

As per reports, workers in the sale and partnership portfolio may start receiving mails today afternoon.

In a more curious incident Musk laid of managers who refused to fire staff.

Maggie Suniewick from partnerships and Robin Wheeler from marketing and sales were fired after they chose not to comply with the directive to lay off employees from their teams.

But these senior managers still show Twitter as their current employer in their Linkedin profiles.
