Earlier on Monday, because of the Long -hour's siege of two gunmen in the university campus has left at least 22 killed and 22 wounded. Later on the night, the Media arm of ISIS had taken the responsibility of attack that took place on 11 am-The Washington Post reported.

The terrorist perpetrators are not just against education but are pro-ignorance -Zalmay Khalilzad tweeted on Tuesday. Their intention is to "breed chaos, instability, terror and poverty"- he added.

Zalmay Khalilzad also wrote in Twitter that "the barbaric attack is not an opportunity for the government and Taliban to score points against each other. There is a common enemy here". He also insisted that to thwart terrorist attacks we have to "unite for peace, find a path to cease fire and speed up a political settlement.
