Joe Biden warns Russia against using 'the dirty bomb' in Ukraine

New Delhi: As Russia has started bombarding Ukraine after a brief lull, threats of nuclear attack on the besieged country also looms large.

Biden told reporters at the White House on Tuesday that Russia would be making an incredibly serious mistake if it uses a tactical nuclear weapon.
Biden was responding to the question of Russia's plan to use a dirty bomb or a nuclear weapon.
Ukraine's nuclear energy operator earlier accused Russian of engaging in some "secret manoeuvres at Europe's large nuclear plant.
Earlier in this month USA offered additional military assistance of 625 million dollars to Ukraine.
