Kabul: As world leaders, political commentators and foreign affairs experts have joined the international chorus denouncing the US policy in Afghanistan, a Taliban commander and a member of the Taliban's political bureau in Qatar, Anas Haqqani, has met former Afghan President Hamid Karzai for talks.
