Curtain draws on IHC, slams detention of delegates

Kannur: The Indian History Congress concluded on Monday slammed the detention of four delegates in the wake of ruckus on December 28.

The resolution passed at the IHC called for the defence of the composite culture of the country.

It also appealed the state government not to pass on details of detained delegates to any central agencies.

IHC saw a slew of resolutions being passed reflecting on the on-going political turbulence in the nation.

IHC appealed authorities to lift restrictions on internet and libraries in J&K, and bring back normalcy there, while condemning the police action in Universities in response to protests against CAA.
