Kochi: Kerala high court on Thursday directed students accused of ragging to appear before the court along with their parents.

Justice B. Sudheendrakumar asked 10 senior students, who allegedly ragged a fellow first year student of Indira Gandhi college of Science and Technology in Mambaram in Kannur, to appear on February 15.

While considering the plea of victims to withdraw their petition, the court asked the accused to come with with identity cards too.
