Thiruvananthapuram: BJP State president P.S Sreedharan Pilai couldn’t wait to welcome to BJP A P Abdullakutty whose Modi-eulogy on Facebook irked Congress leadership in Kerala.
Sreedharan Pillai said on Wednesday that the party would welcome Abdullakutty if he was keen to join BJP.
Pillai’s green signal to Abdullakutty comes amid speculations that Abdullakutty was trying to contest the Manjeshwaram by-election on a BJP ticket.
Meanwhile, KPCC president Mullappally Ramachandran had appointed a sub-committee to probe Abdullakutty's post.
However, Abdullakutty has neither backed down from him stand nor deleted the post.
