Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala High Court on Monday asked the state government about the delay in sanction for prosecution against former Public Works Department (PWD) Minister VK Ebrahim Kunju in overbridge scam case.

The court directed PWD to submit a report regarding this in vigilance court at Muvattupuzha before March 20.

The court was considering a petition against delaying the sanction of prosecution against Kunju Rs 4.2 crore scam case.
